These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the mobile application "UNCHIKUN" and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by TsuzuKit ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Application
These Terms apply to all interactions between you and us related to the Service.

You may register for the Service using the methods we provide. We may decline a registration request if any of the following applies:
- The application contains false information.
- You have previously violated these Terms.
- We otherwise determine that registration is not appropriate.

We do not expressly or impliedly warrant that the Service is free from defects in fact or law (including defects in safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, validity, fitness for a particular purpose, security, errors, bugs, or rights infringement). Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, we shall not be liable for any damages arising in connection with the Service.
8. Changes to the Service
We may change the content of the Service or discontinue providing the Service without prior notice. We are not liable for any damages arising therefrom.
