Frequently Asked Questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel from the App Store or Google Play subscription management screen. Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the next renewal date.
- iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → UNCHIKUN Premium → Cancel Subscription
- Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → UNCHIKUN Premium → Cancel subscription
How do I delete my account and data?
You can delete your account and associated data from “My Page → Account Settings → Delete Account”. Deletion is irreversible.
About Poop Buddies
By exchanging 6-character friend codes, you can see each other's tracking status. Free users can add up to 5 buddies; Premium users can add up to 100.
About Teacher Unchikun (AI chat)
The AI health-advice feature is available for Premium members. AI responses are reference material only and not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a physician for any concerning symptoms.
I'm not receiving notifications
- Make sure UNCHIKUN notifications are allowed in your device settings.
- Update the app to the latest version.
- Check that Focus / Do Not Disturb modes or battery optimization are not blocking notifications.
Transferring data to a new device
If you sign in with the same Apple ID / Google Account, your data syncs automatically. Subscriptions purchased under the same account are also carried over.
Refunds
Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are generally not accepted. For refund requests, please follow Apple's or Google's refund policy.
